Nardia Vescovi-Diss works with Technium’s leadership team to manage our day-to-day operations to set and execute the strategy for our constantly-evolving business.

Her focus is on ensuring we have the right people, tools, infrastructure and technology in place to meet our growth aspirations now and into the future. Nardia has an extensive background in human resources management across a range of industries, including General Management and Executive levels. She believes that success begins with having the right team in place and is passionate about investing in our people to allow them to achieve their potential and provide our clients with industry-leading customer service.

Nardia’s impressive strategic and operational knowledge and collaborative approach allow her to successfully balance stakeholder demands and operational imperatives with a consistent focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Adam Giles

Adam Giles is an experienced Product Manager who works with Technium’s clients and partners to ensure our products deliver a seamless user experience.

From optimising the design and flow of existing applications to implementing new product features and services to enhance the overall user experience, Adam drives his team to deliver innovation that responds to our stakeholder’s evolving needs.

With more than 20 years of experience helping organisations across the globe to design and deliver a superior product experience, Adam’s career spans roles in software development, project management and technical product management. His diverse background gives him a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder priorities and challenges and the ability to assess solutions from both a technical and non-technical perspective.

Adam holds a Masters in Computer Systems Engineering from Kings College London, and is Prince2 and Scrum certified.

Takiko Mano works with Technium’s Client Support team to ensure we deliver an exceptional customer experience to our clients.

As one of our first employees, Takiko’s role has grown in size and complexity since our business’s inception. She’s constantly looking for ways to optimise our client service offering, create engaged and loyal users, and drive growth.

Takiko has more than a decade of experience in customer support and a strong command of best practice customer service. Her learnings from roles with leading travel and foreign exchange brands in both Australia and Japan allow her to collaborate with colleagues across our business to further elevate the service we provide.

Takiko is fluent in English and Japanese.

Mihiran Rupasinghe

Software Development Manager

Mihiran Rupasinghe is responsible for the planning, execution and management of Technium’s proprietary software solutions.

He works with our leadership team, product owners, partners and clients to ensure these solutions continue to respond to evolving market and user needs and support Technium’s growth strategy. Before joining Technium, Mihiran worked as a software engineer and built his knowledge in technical aspects such as software development, technical operation and solution design, along with team management and planning. As the leader of our Software Development team, he’s focused on identifying and clearing roadblocks for his people and working cross-functionally to implement efficient and effective software solutions.

Mihiran holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science.
