Our Operations and Risk Management team works closely with Technium’s clients to manage their risk exposure to ensure it remains within predefined limits according to their policy and risk appetite in order to achieve their objectives.

We’re responsible for escalating any suspicious or unusual trades.

As trusted partners to our clients, we’re responsible for escalating any suspicious or unusual trades and putting controls in place in the event their trade policy is breached. We’re also Technium’s first point of contact for any incidents that occur (such as server outages or significant financial market changes). In these scenarios, we work closely with our Client Support colleagues to ensure our clients and their customers are kept informed, and the situation is resolved expediently.
